RUsafe was hired by us in a consulting service role as part of our certification process objective and in order to provide information security assistance aimed to standardize our product, procedures and environment in accordance with the HIPAA compliance requirements. The process was engaged from the ground up through the ISO 27001 / 27799, with the goal of completing it in the shortest period and as efficiently as possible. We were fortunate to be matched with Irit, who perfectly attended our needs with her great communications skills.  

On one hand RUsafe handled all technical aspects (installation , maintenance) including on-going service tickets. On the other hand RUsafe acted as a consultant , trusted-advisor , presented and tested new technologies and .managed the contact with external providers All this service given by RUsafe was made  in a goodwill and  inviting atmosphere with the team , customers and with suppliers. I enjoyed working with RUsafe.

In addition to Irit's DevOps and profound IT understanding, she was able to provide a variety of applicable solutions for our organization starting in policy control level and up to software/hardware control level.
